I have a Presario V2000 Compaq Laptop. I’ve had it for a little over two years. Just two months ago whenever I start playing a game that you buy at a store it turns itself off within 20 minutes. I’ve tried cleaning the heat sink but that didn’t help. It isn’t even getting hot either. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I know this might sound like a stupid question, but when I went to update my drivers for COMPAQ Presario 6000, it asked me which one: Compaq Presario 6000EA Desktop PC, Compaq Presario 6000KS Desktop PC, Compaq Presario 6000T Desktop PC, or Compaq Presario 6000Z Desktop PC. I know mine’s a desktop, but it doesn’t say a letter on either the computer or the information screen when I click on properties of My Computer.
